I have a bug with exchanging in HP

I did some reds in Hell portral today and spent 32 artifact essences to exchange for 16 Beast melee badge packs but they all gone, the packs not in my bag while the essences already be exchanged.        There\'re photos of my bag after that happened, I dont have any photo before cause I really dont know or expect it.
        Pls fix this soon for me, I commit everything I said is the truth.
