        Still waiting for answers but seems support dont take care of these tickets
        mods dont need to tell i need to put private issues on this public forum when a special support page is linked on the forum page. (even sended pm to some mods and they even ingnored them to)
        have one ticket asking me to wait 2 working days (date january 2015) so still waiting when your 2 workingdays are over to come back on the issue.
        so, STOP IGNORING , you\'r insulting your own customers.

        like i said some issues like payments are in my opinion no stuff to post on a public forum.
       

        This is the post i recieved as answer in january, none ever came back on it, as you see the date is 3 january 2015, thats more then 7 months ago !!! This has to do with the christmas event where i didnt recieved the points for the buying of diamonds,(1point for each buyed diamond) and we are talking abouth 20k+.;
       


        This post abouth the same issue was posted on these forums, first abouth the giftcodes followed with my complaint abouth the diamonds, you will see first part is fixed, the rest ignored to. Date of this post 14 of december 2014 !!!!

        Even after posting all this on the forums now, my tickets in support page are still pending and none ;even took the time to have a look to it. Good i have the habbit to take screenshots of everything so i can prove time after time how much unanswerd tickets, complaints, issues, requests for help etc i posted on these forums. Hope GTA realise this is legal prove to show they pretend to sell and give items (like a regular transaction) but only the payment part from my side is done and i dont get the goods (the extras you post in your events as rewards, items) delivered as should be. When asked abouth this the only thing i get is ignorance.
        If the support page is not active then GTA should A. Remove the page B. Remove the link above in forum page. C. Announce it on the public forums that that page is not existing anymore.
        (sure their are hundreds of unanswerd tickets inthere and a few hundreds of angry and upsetted customers. DO SOMETHING TO THIS)
        make a page where people can adress their payment issues without having to post this on a public forum; there are laws for this abouth protection of privacy)

My issue also get ignore. All players in my server can\'t join CS since the server opened. Support will only answer if u are having trouble in recharge.

        in one way you are telling me im right abouth it.
        GTA been aware the page is broken but let people still fill in tickets and ignore everything and not even try to fix it.

        posting on forums only give the same answer: A mod telling you they will send it to support (must be a standard answer using a F-key);
