ok so i put in new player pack code for first time and received nothing then i went to make a ticket and it will not accept my ticket please do something im getting frustrated server gaea 313 player name is HUNTRESS

did you play on any other server on this account because new player pack is only 1 time per account if you want that new player pack you will need to make new account and take it from there

well make new account and copy that new player pack from there if you cant use or it wont allow it to use it on this
