        I love this game. I love League of Angels. You were offering Fire Queen Crest for 5 Tycoon Certificates but when I won Tycoon 1st place the offer for Fire Queen Crest was no longer there.         Maybe you misunderstood. Are you a support person or someone just chiming in?
        In order to get Tycoon Certificates you have to win the top 3 positions in Tycoon Event. You have to win them FIRST before you can trade them in for Fire Queen (FQ) Crest. After I won the Tycoon Certificates I went to trade it for the FQ crest but the Crest was no longer there after reset. It would be impossible to trade them in for the crest until after the event. It should not have to be up to Luck.

Dear player, some rewards are given in certain events at certain times. In the last Tycoon, there was no Tycoon Certificate exchange for Fire Queen, only exchange for Imperial Prints.
