I can\'t seem to get through to support and any help from them I did a recharge on the 11th The system failed and was not refunded till the 12th , There was a Precious on the 11th and I did nit get the event... Its been very very painful getting this through to them

Recharge Fail

Even after I did yesterday and the said they would return today they haven\'t and this new ne had me do everything I did with the last ones for the 5th day in a row...; SS\'s ID\'s etc..

        Hello nemiz! Sorry to hear about the problem you are having, dealing with the Support Tickets! I will make a Report for you to Refund the Diamonds from the Precious!

        If you can please Provide us with either the Transaction ID # of the Recharge (to prove for the Amount that GTA will need to Reimburse for), or a Screenshot of the Mail that was Received, for the Diamonds. I will try to get these Rewards from Precious Reimbursed to you as quickly as possible. However, with it currently being a Weekend, we will not hear back from anything until Monday Morning (HKT Timezone). Please wait patiently until we can hear back!

Hi, Thank you the id # is 143662403941698 its shows the refund on the 12th because that\'s when they where refunded however I recharged on the 11th during the precious event.. This has been a horrible experience with support I keep getting the run around from someone;different every day.. And having to Do everything over again every day SS\'s id\'s etc.. and by the time I get them to understand its the next day already and dealing with someone else from support and the cycle has been going on sins the 12th! Even After One Did say they would be refunded/returned they never did;it.;

Hello! GTA has Replied back, and they said that you had Recharged through Payment Wall, and the Transaction ID # needed from there, begins with a w and followed by 8 #\'s after.
