        I purchased $140 in diamonds before server reset. The payment providers have been taken from my bank account the money but I did not receive credit within my LoA account. I have missed out on $140 in The Precious. Not to mention other events because the money wasn\'t credited to my account.

        Support, I do not want to post account info or proof of bank transactions here. How can I get this information to you to prove that I\'m owed $140 from Precious?;

        Hi thanks for providing the IGN and server, now you can simply put the reference number / order number from your payment.

        not the detail, only the number.
        if u recharge 140$ i\'m guessing 99$ and 39$.
        just put the reference number/order number like this

        39$ -> ##############
        99$ -> ##############

        also please make sure the transaction is completed (or you gain the dias, but not from the precious), and do not worry, as long you recharge within the date of precious, you will be given the dias by MOD.

        NOTE: I AM NOT A MOD, JUST HELPING THEM

        But I really need support (MOD) to provide me instruction for what is necessary. ;
        Personally, I think it is crazy that I am required to post my need for support to this forum. If I didn\'t know any better, I\'d bet that this practice is violating the privacy laws of many countries.;

        You are not a mod and you are not helping mods either, so please refrain from such behavior in future, only mods can ask players for info regarding their issue and what they need to know, specially in a Support section, another thing, we do not send diamonds nor have the ability to do so, we just deliver the message to our supervisors and devs to fix and check the issue reported.

        first of all sorry, but i said that i wasn\'t a mod and i only ask the info required (according to forum rules). If it was misleading then once again i\'am sorry. when i said helping i only ask people to provide the required info as stated in http://community.gtarcade.com/post/46102/ (any problem regarding payment need reference number or order number), so their problem can be solved when the FM comes (saves time of asking and waiting).
       

        and yes i did know that FM only deliver the problem to the DEV and they(DEV) will check and solved them, that was my mistake in saying them, should says DEV instead of MOD.
