PM button in Player Info

Yeah so went to PM someone, during AW, though their player info box and instead of actually PMing them as it should have, it sent out a system message which cost me gold. Now correct me if I\'m wrong, but shouldn\'t the PM button, I dunno, send that player a PRIVATE message? I sent two messages before I realized that it was a Special message everyone could see. So yeah I got burnt some gold. While I would like it back, because it\'s an error on the games part, I\'m more on the fact that this is a bug.

this happened to me in hell portal also wasted about 6g before i realized it was sending specials and no warning even though that is checkmarked to warn me

There is a warning that\'s supposed to pop up? I\'ve never seen one, just looked at my list for the alerts and don\'t see one for sending Special messages. If there was one, why did they remove it? Kinda dumb to do so imo.
