Chest opens without providing item

        I was owner of two level 70 chests. ;When I reached level 70, I naturally opened these weapon chests.

        The pop-up text told me I had two brand new staffs.;

        I went to my character and no staffs were there.

        I\'ve noticed a few times that the pop-up text would say something was there and then it wasn\'t... But this was annoying because a long time ago I bought those chests on spec. Now my funds were wasted.
