recharge failure #19

        hi tried to recharge again and no luck obviously. here is the information from the order. Someone in one reply ask for my IGN so here it is :RIENS I am on server Limher(969) I am the guild leader of TriggerHappy I am level; 65 and current domination champion. I spend a lot of money to stay on top and I havent been able to recharge in three days because of this issue. I missed out on precious and all the funds I spent on the lucky tree went for no good because when i went to recharge I couldnt so I couldnt get any more points. I have missed on my daily purchase bonuses and the bonuses for accumulated recharges in the last three events because of this issue. Fix this you are ruining the game i have almost $1000.00 invested in not to mention my time!!!!!!!
