The Nyssa has all the xp to be lvl 60, but you need to upgrade her first. This is not a bug. Once you spend 30 lvl 4 Holy crystals, she\'ll be lvl 50. Then, when you spend 30 lvl 5 Holy crystals, she\'ll go back to lvl 60. Another set of 30 lvl 5 holy crystals will allow her to start bonding again.
