PvP party arrangement

Hello all. Any suggestions on ;a better pvp arrangement of my party? what you see in this ss is what it looks like now since my ES replaced king of bones. well this is how i was normally doing my pvp party arrangement. I dont know how to place them so that i dont lose irb turn 1 but also trying to not lose my strikers turn 1 either.

Edit : so she might alive. and u can give your godless/thunder more agility to wipe their back row first
