I did a recharge today 8/4/15 again ONCE AGAIN - NO DIAMONDS! Could I PLEASE GET THE DIAMONDS I PAID FOR. Payment Wall Order # w67041580
TICKET SUBMITTED AND SCREENSHOT INCLUDED IN TICKET OF RECHARGE.
Are you going to fix this issue where I do a recharge payment is accepted and processed and I don\'t get the diamonds I am charged for?
