        could some1 help me figure this out or fix this problem its not the first time this has happened actually it happens every time I recharge and Id very much appreciate it if u guys could get this fixed I\'ve sent like 2-3 tickets but no one ever responds

I never successfully recharge either its when I go to recharge it pops up and I never get to I thought maybe after a month or 2 it would be fixed but its not so..... Server Edelstein 1030 Player name David guild Asylum lv53 help?

go to your bank to get your card released - I\'ve had trouble with them when they refused to release my card.; They told me to try another payment - but I couldn\'t get past them and told them so. They still refuse to release my card unless I give them a copy of my bank statement.

Hello David! This happened to me once before, and to a Friend of mine. This is not done by GTA, but by Payment Wall who has Blocked you! You will need to Contact Payment Wall and provide to them the Items that they will Request, and they will unblock the Account.

Dear Player, since you have the same issue as thread maker and frostbite already answered his issue. Then the answer is simple contact your payment provider as they will ask you details as for different payment methods different things are asked. Best of Luck!

Just so your not blind sided they will ask for a picture of your ID (blur out personal info first) and a SS of ;a successful transaction between you and payment wall if you do as they ask it will e fixed in less than 24 hours;
