        I have that too. Apparently it does this because you have done a normal level first, which causes the game to lock the Nightmare level until you have done the Hero.
        ;Extremely annoying, especially now that they have the loops. Not sure if it\'s a bug, I suggested that they remove it ages ago, but no response
