        Hello,

        I downloaded the new update and, once again, lost my data. I do not know what is wrong with the updates of LOA, but it is already the second time it happens to me.
        IGN: ∞Dubsta∞
        Guild: TEAMFRENCH
        Server: EU15 Sagittarius
        Level: 68
       

        I freshly played this morning, around 7:30 AM( Brussels time zone). It is this morning which I have;hit the level 68, and my Pyrona(lvl68 Purple 1) went from 4* to 5*.
        I do not know what else can help you to recover my account. But please, do not ask my to contact the support. It is something which I have done several times the last time this happened and never get any answer from a support which does not pay as much attention to his players as it should do.
       

        I have also tried the optioncan not find your server? and, once again, it did not solve any problem.
