        Hi have you submitted a support ticket?

        I hope you have mentioned your IGN, any e-mailed used for the user, and your server!
        if you have not please post it here so we can help u log it so the devs work on it with the informations

        Don\'t know what IGN stands for.
        I have used an PayPal account associated with adrian.biris@gmail.com in order to pay for VIP.
        My server was EU14 Leo.(I hope my memory doesn\'t play tricks on me ;)

        hi IGN means in-game name, which is your user name in the game
        i have logged this for the devs to check it out for you

Please submit a ticket to our ingame support center under avatar menu with below info:        1. Lost account IGN (in game nickname under your Avatar)
        2. Lost account server number/name
3. Lost account level
4. Lost account VIP level
5. Lost account diamond amount
6. Lost account nobility rank
7. Lost account guild name
8. A new created GTArcade account (If we found your lost account and verified your authenticity, it will be moved to this account)

        Hi,

        I did open a ticket as suggested above.
        The reply I got was that is not possible to recover the user if the data from the app was cleared before the user was linked with a gtarcade/facebook/etc... account.
        Don\'t know what to say about that, but I doubt it\'s impossible.
        I even said that if it\'s really that hard to recover the user,;I would accept another character that is level 52 with VIP4, just like I used to have.
        But after 2 days I got no feedback from the support team.
        I think it\'s only fair that either I get a solution (other then is not possible) to my problem, or I get my money back. Because I payed for a service that now I can not use !

        Hi there,

        I know the pain you are in and I will tell you real quick why.

        I used to play on the China server for 4-5 months.
        My account was level 87 there, but because I couldn\'t speak any Chinese I never linked the account to a platform, so it was a guest account.
        The problem about a guest account is, if you change devices or if you delete your app and reinstall it, your data will get lost, because the data got saved in your app itself instead of on the server.

        So yes I also lost a level 87 account that took me 5 months to get there, but hey it was my own fault. I should have linked it to a platform.

        Unfortunatelly we cannot give you an account in return.

        All we can do is convincing you of making a new account and linking it to one of the possible options.

        I\'m sorry that you lost your account tho, I know the feeling trust me!

I\'m sorry, but that\'s just plain stupid and disappointing.First I would fire the idiot who made the decision that all non linked account should not be saved on the servers.Then why do you accept money from such accounts?In my country, to not be able to provide a service that you to took money for, it\'s named robbery.I just uninstalled the application and I will never play a gtarcade game.
