        Im just copying my message from in-game support:
        [size=1.9em]                8/27/15no juvels + extra gift or vip3;       
                        hi I wrote a ticket to you yesterday concerning payment without receiving juvels, the double up event gift (and all the other recharging extra gifts) or becoming VIP3. The game crashed when the payment had just gone through. I bought the 1000 juvels for 9,99 $ (79kr). I have received the bill from iTunes but nothing else... I have but they havent replied or done anything.... It has been 1 1/2 week since they replied my messages. Very unprofessional
