        Hi;
        I have still not received any response from you either on here or via the game. I have provided the information required both here & via the game by a link on the ticket to the info here. However I have still not heard back from anyone yet with regards to why you have not credited my account with my monthly VIP gems that I paid for on 28/08/2015.;I hope that I hear back from you asap.
