        I\'ve posted my issue on the bug event, had a topic on here, submitted a ticket days ago and have NOT heard a peep from anyone.
        To make things worse, someone posted the same issue AFTER me, and they \'looked into\' their issue and I assume fixed it and I\'m left here twiddling my thumbs!

        I checked my account and have noticed a level buff for my Flora.
        That was half the issue, the main issue is the UPGRADES. 5star back down to 1star is A LOT of stones/investment.

        Appreciate any help

        I have faith that the issue will be dealt with as soon as possible (hoping sooner rather than later).
        All the issues should be addressed to have a successful outcome for both player and developer.
        The issue NOW is that I\'m \'waiting\' for my Flora to be reinstated with the stars she has before the update.
        A bit of compensation would be swell, but honestly... I just want my 5* Flora back lol.
        Even willing to foot the \'gold\' expenses on re levelling her skills.

        Please fix asap

        Cheers for the response xpectation.
        I\'m waiting and waiting and waiting...It\'s been since the game was \'updated\'. I get that you are all trying, but as a consumer I kind of expect to see results.
        I got a half baked solution which levelled the Angel (Flora), but left off ALL the promotions i had prior.
        If its that easy to get on and modify ones Angels level, why cant they just promote it x times til its fixed.

        Also my newest ticket is still \'pending\' and that was issues over a week ago.. >;>;\'
        The time frame upon completion of a ticket, \'we will try get back to you within 2 days\', should be removed as if there was a ;survey done, I believe that most players would give negative feedback when it comes to \'ticket\' responses.

        That is because there was a 3 day holiday in China. So the reports stacked up pretty hard.
        But in a week from now the reports should be answered within 2 days again.

                        Anyway you should have 70 Flora soulstones in your mailbox if I\'m not mistaken ;)                                Once again sorry for the inconvenience.
