        Being that the issue is TIME SENSATIVE, can they please enable the $100 from precious pro. The billing dept already approved it. so that i may reap the rewards? i wanted to buy another $100 but i can\'t get them to work right unless they unlock (activate) Precious pros $100 that i bought yesterday!

        Hi SuperHotty,

        As this is being dealt with on the ticket system we don\'t have access to that. Also as Neo said they are based on HTK so will not be a response till work hours.

        From what I can see in your ticket you recharged 1000 diamonds and 4000 which both are not in the precious event but they have agreed to compensate which will be sent to you. At no point does it mention a 10\'000 diamond recharge that has already been made from your account so they wouldn\'t unlock it as its not been activated.

        not gonna argue with you. billing support already saw ALL the documentation and saw that the 2 late posted transactions would have given me the $100 mark for the 30th, but due to processing delay it didn\'t happen in time

        Hi Superhotty,

        As I said we don\'t have access to that system so we can\'t check this. The issue I see is that you didnt recharge the correct amounts for the precious pro yet they are still honouring that which as a mistake they don\'t have to do.

        As this is being dealt with on the ticket system and you haven\'t provided all the information there really isn\'t anything we can do. In future please check the events before recharging to know the required diamonds in a single recharge as they are not cumulative.

        Like I said there is no recharge for 10k diamonds and the amounts don\'t add up in total to 10k in this period of time.
