                        tonight, right after refresh, my guild was dissolved. the leader didn\'t show up today, so i don\'t know what happened. just want to say if is a kind of hack/bug and if is possible a rollback. Was the top guild in my server, with 20+ active members and lvl 33.

          It has come to our attention that many of you havebeen feeling rather disappointed by the level of support you have beenexperiencing in the forums.

          We would like to assure you that this never was ourintention, and therefore we would like to explain you a little bit more aboutthe current status and limitation Moderators have on these forums.
          ;
          1)Ticketing System
          ;
          Clearly the lack of response or delays regarding yourtickets is of prime concern to you, and believe it or not, it is also to us.
          ;
          So the question you all have is “why our ticketsaren’t cared for?”
          ;
          The sad truth is first that due to technical issues,there’s only one person at a time able to access the ticketing system, and onlyfor a limited period of time. Also, the Junior Moderators are not part of theteam given access to the ticketing system and thus have no ability to respondor check the tickets you submit through that system.
          ;
          Also, the support aims to reply within 2 days, meansthat we will try to get back to you within 2 days, but that it may not alwaysbe possible; hence the use of the word “aim” rather than “will”.
          ;
          The recommended approach would be for you to post yourissue if at all possible in the Support Section of the forum (http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040)with appropriate information such as your IGN, Server, Platform, and anyrelevant screenshot.
          ;
          ;
          2)Bugs Section
          ;
          Unfortunately, at this point of time, the JuniorModerators are not allowed access to Bugs Section in the forum and thus can’tprovide you with any timely support there either.
          ;
          Once again, we strongly recommend you instead to postin the Support Section of the forum (http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040)with appropriate information such as your IGN, Server, Platform, and anyrelevant screenshot.
          ;
          ;
          3)Support Section
          ;
          We understand that any issue you may encounter in gameis extremely frustrating; however you also need to understand that theModerators relaying your issues to the developers are only humans.
          ;
          As such, how fast you can expect an issue to beresolved is also directly dependent of your cooperation level.
          ;
          Posting multiple threads about the same issue onlymakes it harder for the “human” Moderators to identify and sort the problems,and results in slower processing. If you take in consideration the fact thatthere are currently more issues posted than the Moderators have time to attendto, being rude or insulting in your request will only lead to it being ignoredin favor of a more polite player.
          ;
          Last but not least, if a moderator requests additionalinformation from you, there’s a reason for it, you may not understand it butthe moderators do, if you want to argue about it, you’re only delaying theresolution of your problem.
          ;
          ;
          4)Database Access
          ;
          Moderators don’t have access to the database, so anyfurther snide remarks about it will not help your case, nor accelerate its resolution.
          ;
          ;
          5)Support Presence
          ;
          As stated before, the support doesn’t operate 24/7 andin fact the shifts of the Junior Moderators where they are allowed to cater toyour issues are only 2 hours long. This is also the reason why they can’talways reply to you instantly.
          ;

          Conclusion
          ;
          While there may be several avenues to report yourproblems in game, currently Ticketing System, Support Section, and BugsSection, we strongly recommend you to post in the Support Section of the forum(http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040)with appropriate information such as your IGN, Server, Platform, and anyrelevant screenshot.
          ;
          Do not make multiple threads of the same issue,cooperate with the moderators requests, and be polite please. Thank you.

          How to supervise Forum Moderator
         
          If you have any complaint about our Forum Moderator,please contact the ;super moderator: Cif.





        In this post called; Forum STATUS, i don\'t read that in the WE the support is suspended (and it\'s unbelievable that this happens for an online game). It only says that the replies could not be immediate. I bumped after 13hrs since my first post.
        If for real in the WE support is off, first u have to write it for your customers to know, second u have to close the support section in the WE, or at least not allow people to post in the WE. Doing this all the posts that cannot be submitted to devs in the WE, couse they are on holiday, will not stack with the monday posts. This is a simple company structure... suggest it to your bosses, plz.
