        Now this started 6 days ago. Why has GTArcade not resolved this? I have all the pertinent back up that shows it\'s not in my inventory. They say they see it was purchased by me.

        So this started on 9/5/15. Day 5, still no resolution. Are there any MODERATOR\'S reading this? If there are screenshots. If the company verifies that it was purchased. The proof is all there. Why is it the only reply I get is, We will let our DEV team know, please be patient. I\'m not patient anymore. This is heartbreaking. I realize this game is a free game. But when real life money is put into the game and the company doesn\'t help you with your issue...what does that say? We love this game, we don\'t love to be jerked around when we have a problem Submit another ticket in 12 hours. I\'m told that a couple times. Tickets resubmitted, we will let our dev team know, please be patient. If it were their money, their items, it would be resolved IMMEDIATELY!

        I\'m truly losing the fizzle I used to have for this game. I have hardly logged in but a few minutes since this happened. I log in, start to play, then realize that this company doesn\'t care, the money spent is lost, I log out. Truly breaks my heart.

you realize that ticket systems sucks? xD just post in support/bug section of forum and inform mod about this situation then they will report to SM/Devs.;

        In the future...don\'t use the ticket system. Yes things take time to get checked here as well but they will run you in circles forever with tickets. I will make a report of this right away. And get back to you as soon as I can. I understand your fustration. I hunted down your IGN and server...can you confirm it for me please? Malayla on server 775?
