        I will do my best to not slander or degrade his name. Although my screen shot will probably provide justification enough for this suggestion/request. And no this is not the first time he has poured a gallon of gasoline on what should be something that is cut and paste and light a match.;

        In this you out lined in Red the times the initial Customer service rep Chris and I had started this endeavor, his explaination of whats going on with the account. My very clear, concise and highly understandable reasoning as to why I just let GTA get away with $39.99 of my money that I never had been recharged for instead of continuing my impossible task of explaining the most simple issue to the rep that then takes over the Ticket named Kael who will be outlined in Blue.... I refuse to let my account be blocked permanently for cheating and/or fraud (neither of which I the victim am guilty of);due to the lack of;reading ability of one of your CS reps.
