If you are having problems synth essence then i would highly suggest you that you clear you cache or try different web browser to see if the problem still exist, try a refresh or in other case scenario try to log in from a different scource such as family/friend pc/laptop etc.
Also you may experience temporary net issues which will lead you to that screen.
If you still having problems, as a normal procedure in your replies, please add IGN and server so i can report it to the devs for checking the issue.
