Why will your payment system not accept my payment

        I have no invoice number or order number because the system says to call my credit card company for approval. I call them and they say everything is fine on their side and the charge is not even being attempted, that the problem is on your side. I have submitted; a ticket with payment wall but it has been over 7 hours now and I am getting frustrated. I have spent a lot and I mean a lot of money on this game and if you would like to continue to receive my money then I expect to have some resolution to this.

then send a email to the party you making a recharge with and they will tell you how to unblock it or wait until a mod answer and put you on their whitelist;
