        I\'m so tired of this. ;I\'ve been chasing a ticket now for a whole month. ;Here is the last ticket I sent:
        This is now the 4th new ticket for this issue. In August I bought 5k diamonds during a precious event, and was expecting a 5k match in the event which I did not receive. The purchase #s were 144071390323330 and 144071390323330, I sent a ticket, which was answered by Jason. He explained what happened and promised the following: Jason sent 2015-08-29 02:27 You will get the compensation of the precious rewards at about 1st September. You can check the mail in the game that day.Jason Then I received this: Jason sent 2015-08-31 17:33 Dear player, we have given you the precious, you can check it in the mail of the game However, the refund was not received. I would attach files of all the emails I received on that date, but your ticket only allows one picture. I made you aware: sent 2015-09-02 04:50 I have not received this yet. Can you please check on it? You responded by asking me open a new ticket, which has been sitting in pending now for a week, unresolved. PLEASE resolve this, or I will just quit playing. I shouldn\'t have to work this hard to get you to keep a promise.

        Hi ya,

        Ok we don\'t have access to the ticket system, So Im going to need your IGN and your server number. The ticket system as you have found out is very unreliable at best in future please post directly here if you have an issue and we will try to sort it asap for you.

        Once I have this info I can make a report for you and speak to them tomorrow when they are back from the weekend.

unresolved problem

thats why u should use only paypal paymentwall and worldpay are suck for internet payment i am use only paypal and skrill there is no problems
