Craft Master Dusk Prison Bug

When I click the 1-click loot on Dusk Prison, it only open 5, and the other 5 didn\'t open. And it consume 50 of my energy without open the remaining 5.;
Help.

here is a tip for ya , if you want to be heared , post this at support section on the forum , the MODS are not allowed to make reports from Bugs.
