Elemental zone not work in my server

        elemental zone has bug in my server >;>;>; log fail all the time for 2 days now !!
i have sent for support about that bug and no replay or fix !!!!!
please help we lose much for 2 days and until you fix this bug
my server is Lachoneus(907) GTarcade servers
