Hello, my name is HT Tnico in game and I am from [EU15] Sagittarius. I made a buy of 99$ (10000 diamonds) almost 2 weeks ago and I didnt received them, I was also in vacations and thats why I couldnt report this problem earlier. My email is antoniodiasmarquesvilar@hotmail.com

        Elivaras, I made today another purchase of 10.000 gems and still didnt received the 10.000 gems that were lost. Could you check if they already put me the gems or if it will still take a bit? :/

Didnt Received my Diamonds

;Dear Moderator Elivaras,

Its been 1 month since I didnt received the 10.000 gems that I bought. Isnt 1 month enought for the super moderators or anyone to put the gems back in my account? This just shows irresponsability and sadness because if it was only 7 days delay it would be understandable but 1 month... its already too much even if the servidor is in China or whatever. I really would like my gems back as soon as possible or be sure to lose 1 player because this situation its unbearable.
Sorry for my rudeness but at least just put in my place who spent 99$ and trusted on you this amount... the proof that I have is that I cant trust on Garcade. Please, just show me the opposite.

Honestly I\'m really sorry about this. As a junior moderator I can\'t actually fix the problem, as much as I wish I could D: I don\'t suppose you read the post I put out yesterday? Basically the issue we\'re running into is that the super moderators are all on vacation, as there is a national Chinese holiday from the first of October to the tenth. So yeah... I can\'t get through to any of them. As much as I hate to say it, you\'re going to have to send a support ticket in game (because some of the in-game support team is still working), and I advise you to copy and paste the web address of this thread into the ticket description. If you do not receive a reply by the tenth, I will ask the super moderators to look into your issue over and over again until they do.

        Don\'t worry about being rude, I understand your frustration :/ Thanks for being so patient thus far, and I will try to get this solved!
