Recharge problem, demand for compensation

        Last lucky tree event I recharged 5000 diamonds for the precious hot event and 5000 diamonds total recharge reward.
        The first 4000 diamonds I;recharged didn\'t come through and I still being charged money for that.
        Now that vtcpay has solved this problem with you. You guys just throw 4000 diamonds to my face without any;kind of notification and compensation ?
        Where is my 4000 bonus diamonds in the precious event that I aimed for ? Where is the total 5000 diamonds recharge reward ?

        I demand a compensation for my lost !
