Cross Server War Disabled

        Okay, I\'ve spent the whole day waiting and asking others and it seems that the Cross Server War event was disabled the whole day. We all lost the chance for its rewards and the Hot Events for this. We deserve some compensation for the missed awards due to the CS War being unavailable.

        A little update. So when Twilight Clash started in our server. Cross Server War was also fixed all of a sudden people are able to Queue for the war. Problem being is that TC Event was up and people were busy to it. My team manage to join 1 queue in between TC Events. But we only manage 1 Queue because CS closed down for the day at its normal hour of 23:00. So it opened at 22:00-23:00 during TC Event.

        Also my first response from Support Ticket was

        Hello. Usually when such kind of situations happen, it might be becuase there are not so many players queuing for Cross Server at the moment. Such situations will be better if there\'re more players from different servers. And please be assured, that we\'ll also see if there should be any improvement. Your suggestions are also welcome!
       

        Which is dumb if you actually;looked;at the screenshot I provide it will clearly shows that its not that Im not being queued its that WE ARE UNABLE to QUEUE period.
       

        Then she sugegsted I used different browser etc etc without noticing my screenshot was taken off their Mini-Client.
       

        I don\'t know whats more frustrating. the fact that not just me but my whole server and;probably;few others lost Cross Server War for the day or the incompetent answers and suggestions of these Support people who just will end up saying they will forward it to the DEVs then never will you hear from them again.
       

        Anyways let me know if;there;are other servers who were un-able to Queue the day of 9/24 for CS because CS itself was not queable
