Game asking for NEW Version of FlashPlayer

I have downloaded and verified that the NEWEST VERSION of flash player is installed (version 19.0.0.185) When trying to play the game on any browser, the main window doesn\'t display the game only the message \'Install the latest version of flash player.\'

how do we resolve this problem?

Ok going to sound stupid.

But after making sure you installed it correctly try shutting down your computer and rebooting it. Clear all the caches etc before and hopefully that should work.

Also just bee advised this
he need to update flash using IE.. if he update flash using Chrome or Firefox, it wont update IE flash so ask him to Update Flash via IE and Re-open the Clients or even restart pc.
