Actually, Class doesn\'t matter at level 70 as you can access to all kind of skills.
Back to your question, I would suggest using Blazing arrow[or Arcane lightning, thunderstorm], Sands of time[or Arcane Vortex, abyssal gaze], Eviscrete,[Your choice]
