BUG:cannot find tarot cards anywhere

im from Shrewsburry(1097)this server i cant find TAROT CARDS anywhere i searched it n little helper as well but it is not there pls find what is the prablem with that n try to rectify it

i have this issue as well i started in a brand new server and am level 37 and still no tarot, like come on whats going on here.
