Treasure Activation -recharge requirement

I recharged 20000 diamonds after reset but before the event popped up. Right now its not counting my recharge in its requirement. According to the event it says Activation from sept 29 00:00:01 onwards, so my recharge should count in that time. Can you add my 20000 diamonds into the requirement? my payment ID for one of the 10000 diamond recharge is 858857324228838

I have the problem.

Today I have recharged 24500 diamonds, but I cannot activate treasure event. it shows only 4500/10000 on it. Please fix this so I can activate treasure event!

The order IDs that I made today is below:
