I"ve blow my screen up - help

Somehow I\'ve zoomed in on the screen and can\'s get it smaller. ;Tried ctrl -, ctrl alt -. ;Neither worked. ;Can/t see all icons, can\'t close open things. ;Any help is greatly appreciated.

clear history and logging back in did not help

go to tools in upper right and zoom back out, or go to graphics/screen properties
