dodge to hit ratio

does anybody know it? I did the math with 62k dodge and my 84 pct total dodge boost buffs.... someone with no hit buffs no mounts buff hit etc... still hits me... no angel buffs... all he has is -11 pct dodge for his ysera... and he still hits before she triggers... so im curious if anyone knows how much hit will hit how much dodge.... just to satisfy my curiousity...

        Hey I\'m pretty sure it\'s 70% of the amount of dodge, is what you need your Hit to be to be still be able to hit.;
        For example, if someone has 10k Dodge, you only need 7k Hit to still damage that person.
        (If I\'m wrong, please correct me haha);

he has no angel buffs on at the moment so max he can have for hit buff is 8 pct zodiac which I cant see but that\'s 50k hit to 111k dodge then - 11k when ysera hits so still 56k hit to 100k dodge....

it is closer to 1:1 now used to be about 80% hit to dodge, many reasons why you are getting hit, hero type, skill choice other buffs, etc, so having certain amount of dodge no guarantee not to be hit

no way its 1:1 i have 43.4k dodge with 13% more buffs for dodge my opponent hit is 35k with 12% hit buff hit me everytime, i m thinking to shift from dodge now how much can i keep it up with this rate, hitters think dodge is free ability but we spend a lot to build doge still game favors hit lol so why bother with it;
