Alliance Expedition, Alliances have more players than their Max

How can 8 of the top 10 Alliances have more players than their max? As you can see only Sabotage and VIP only have their max or almost max players. So why do the other Alliances have more players?? Is this just a mistake or bug? Hitting Refresh does nothing at all.

probably is a effect from a bugg some timego; , remember the cases were you could see players from differen alliances in your own alliance ? probably this bugg is affecting them even if they dont see those players anymore .

I know that, but how can you say that one alliance has say 79 players when their limit is 58 or 74 players then their limit is 54. It\'s very unfair.
