        I\'ve encountered 2x diamond recharge failures (via Amazon app store, which you have been touting a 10% coin back promotion multiple times for), submitted tickets, and have never heard back. Rather, my coins just evaporated into thin air. What happened was: Amazon coins were charged, no response in-game, no receipt, no diamonds given.
        The two referenced (missing) purchases are:

        9/29/15 - Amazon Order #D01-1457818-0835854 - 500 diamonds
        10/1/15 - Amazon Order #D01-7901132-0631020 - 5000 diamonds

        I would advise you to please review your app reviews in the Amazon App Store, while it appears recharges also go missing in iTunes and Google Play, it is most rampant with Amazon. Not sure who\'s side is to blame here as I have also contacted Amazon (who argues it\'s a connection problem), but would greatly appreciate if you could work with Amazon to fix this in the future. As of now I\'m hesitant to make any more lemon purchases, for fear of not obtaining what I\'m paying for. I\'m sure many other of your cash revenue players feel the same.

        Also, the VIP free relic dungeon reset is not working as intended, as it has been charging me for resets. Understandably this is a new feature and still needs to be corrected.

*P.S: also noting your support system is a little wonky, I have submitted tickets in game, but it does not show up at;http://support.gtarcade.com/ -- where should your users be submitting support issues?

Honestly there\'s some issue during the transaction process, and the developers have said that they have looked into the issue already and that it is not on their side. Nevertheless, I will log this issue in our report, and a super moderator will look into it as soon as possible! (I\'ll make sure you get compensated for your double recharge events!)
