        I was told through in Game Support to send a screenshot of my purchase. You will also see a shot of my bank statement showing the funds were removed for this purchase. I sincerely hope I do not have any futher problems with this being rectified or any problems with future purchases. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

So, any news? I\'ve provided the necessary ;proof of purchase. I see from the forum that this a major problem. I do hope this gets remedied. I will not be making anymore purchases in the meantime. I\'m a 44 year old woman and not in the best of health. I;work hard for my money and I seriously don\'t like the hassle of having to go through all of this.

Unfortunately, there\'s a Chinese holiday going on for a week, so the super moderators (the moderators who actually fix the issue) are not around. I\'m sorry that I can\'t do anything about it, as I\'m just a junior moderator :/ At this point you\'re going to have to submit a support ticket in-game, and paste the web address of this post in the description of your support ticket. Again, I\'m sorry I can\'t do any better for you.

Thanks but it just seems like a lot of hassle to have to submit an in game support ticket then post on forum and copy the link blah, blah, blah. I feel like I\'m getting the run around. I ;tried another purchase and the same thing occurred. They seriously need ti fix their in app purchasing glitch. This is just too much!! Unfortunately, they\'ve lost me as a regular customer because of this hassle. ;I\'m sure others will quit purchasing too if it keeps happening to them as well. Not good business practice. I appreciate your help and under your hands are tied. I did get both of my refunds from Amazon. Sadly, I would have preferr my order!
