I\'m sorry to say this but you\'re going to have to send a support ticket in-game, and link this thread. Many of the GTArcade staff are on holiday (since they are in China and there is a week long holiday at this time), so the super moderators who can actually help will not be here for a while.

I\'m also sorry to say this, but there have been people waiting a lot longer than 48 hours. The support team will not be operating at its full capacity either, because a bunch of them are on holiday as well. There\'s a few dedicated employees working, but with the amount of bug reports pouring in it\'s a little overwhelming for them, and hence could take a little while. I am not in direct contact with them, so how long, I cannot say.
