didn't get mount pots back when reset

        I recently got 100k on the camp war and won the Humar. I wasn\'t aware I could trade it in for a death charger before using the Humar but that\'s not what I\'m writing about. I would like to exchange it for a death charger but I guess it\'s too late unless you could help me with that? Anyways, I had the Flame Horse that i was using which was fully upgraded and I wanted to reset its stats and get all the potions back so I can upgrade my Humar instead. I didn\'t get any of the pots back after resetting my flame horse and before resetting it said to spend 100g and I would get all the potions back and didn\'t get one.; Can you please make this right? I\'m out like 500k+ br. Thank you!

Hi player, have you tried evolving your mount from the collections tab. If you reset you wont get the potions back rather  the total experience from your old mount will be stacked up and you can evolve the new mount

you dont get the exp pots back the exp instead stays on the mount to upgrade a new mount but resets the mount to its original standing growth (flame horse is 1.3) so just go to death charger and then click evolve u will see the exp there already. it saves u having to use all the pots again lol

As the other players and Chloe newly appointed player moderator said. When u reset your mount you dont get the potions back however the total exp remain untouched.

I went back to see what I could do and my Humar is still stuck at 1.6. I can\'t evolve him at all, the evolve button isn\'t lit up for me to click. I didn\'t get all the exp back or any at all. Besides that, I would like to get the Death Charger if that\'s at all possible at this point. I didn\'t know we could exchange them until hours after I used him. Is it possible to help me with that too? I spent $80 during event. I was hoping to get the best rewards with it as possible. :|

        The exchange was already put up during the first day of camp wars, making up for the error of putting humar instead of the death charger mount, which I believe should have been enough time to check on the events tab. So it would not be possible to exchange humar once he has been activated.

        Also, is it possible if you could provide a screenshot of the stats of humar and flame horse mount as well as their total experience.

Humar basic upgrade lvl is at 1.6

You cant lower more than that.

I can paste image but I can\'t post it. Image too big. Can I send through email? I have the image. I seriously can\'t do anything with my new Humar. It doesn\'t let me upgrade him, he\'s still at 1.6 when I should be able to evolve him much higher. Please help. Arawn can vouch for me, I\'m in his alliance and even he doesn\'t know why i haven\'t gotten the exp from the flame horse. Thank you.
