Recharge Issue during Precious Event

I have recharged 1k diamonds and i still have not received my initial diamonds plus ;precious diamonds plus 1k diamonds from recharge history event;and hot event rewards that i would qualify for with this recharge. Can anyone please look into this and get it fixed? I have already received my confirmation email of the payment.

Hello twan , I will make a report for you. Please be aware that the devs are still in holiday and they should be back on the 7th. There is someone answering our report from time to time, but it\'s not a guarantee that it will be solved today. Anyway, if your recharge was successful but you didn\'t received your diamonds, you shall get them as soon as they check your payment.
