No Mara pop ups..why?

I have had no Mara pop ups may I ask why?;

Hi player,

Mara does not have a 100% chance in any Domain. Higher level domains have higher chance to get Mara but it is never 100%. Yes it is possible to go through Domain Exploration without getting Mara
