cross server com

dont know if this goes here or where but lets kick it off there in alot of new faces in the cross server com that are lv 75 to lv 78 some higher that have made top 20 or so but there server number is 700 or higher how can that be if its based on when u stated playing the game i am in zone 1 those servers should even be in zone 1 from the way i gather it ;just checking to see whats up with this any answer would be nice thanks;

My understanding is that servers are allocated across zone 1 and 2 as they enter Divine Realm (players reach lv70)
There are not loads of zones, just the 2.

any word here theres more and more popping up and a lv 73 with 800k def on fire queen with no def gems or any other def upgrades i could see this is getting old quick
