Best ways to spend a whole lot of diamonds on new servers

So, this is my point. I plan to start new on one of these new servers coming up. I plan to spend $150-200 on it. I hope this is enough info to get some real help. Also, I am a guy, and will be a warrior. Just a heads up.

Last WoL was really good way to spend dias. A lot of gems lvl 9, 11 + fuse + cherub 12 and chance for 13 fuse would make you really strong on begin.

I\'m looking to do it in the future, not atm. The events that occur then is unknown. I did take part in the WoL on my CURRENT server though. I\'m just looking for tips on using diamonds efficiently in raising br.
