What happen with my game?

        I have more than 2 years playing this game, since the beginning til now my support ticket never has work. So for this reason i been using a direct contact with Youzu. They has resolve most of my claim, but sometimes even they dont respond.
        Since last Tycoon i have a claim for the delete of 2 flashing cards (1 S joker ,1 As spade) this occur during the disruption of HoC , when they put another HoC event. Because of this i lost 1 more S Joker flashing waiting for a response, and exchange one of the prizes i was looking for. but not response so last day i most exchange all my flashing cards but 1 S.

        But also since last friday i cant attack in Alliance Expedition, im experiencing a LOG FAILED GLITCH and also in rewards alliance i have a text that say: You haven\'t join in on alliance.;
        Has been several email to Youzu but till now i haven\'t a response.

        Hello, as forrest mentioned, we need your IGN and server for any issue you report  Regarding the Alliance Expedition issue: are you even a member of any alliance? If yes, please provide the name of the alliance as well and this issue will be looked at.
        As for your Flashy Cards missing, what exactly do you need? From what I understand you want 1 Flashy Joker(S) back because you didn\'t had enough time to swap them due to no response from support?

        my IGN is Alexa Server 6, my guild is Antilove and my alliance Angel of War.
        The failure whit HoC disruption, wasn\'t just that they delete 2 flashy cards (1 S and 1A spade), but that failure stop me from getting what i was looking for (Oracle or Flame Warlord), and then trusting they will respond on time, at last time they didn\'t, just have chance to exchange my flashy card but 1 S, because just 1 can u exchange. So in total i lost 2 S Joker flashy and 1 As Spade flashy.

        If Gtarcade want to fix the fail, most reasonable is to let me get the heroes i was looking for. They can take whatever from my HoC inventory cards.

        In the alliance expedition failure, look like this has been extended to lot of players, in my server are whole alliances that expedition isn\'t working for them.

        Also i think is time Gtarcade fix my support ticket.
