Toys Capsule Issue

Hello, i have capsule toys issue..i clicked on my inventory then i used Lucky Capsule , but i didn\'t use them to turn , i just left them there ( Free attempts 23 ) ...i forgot to turn it till the reset started , i remembered and checked them but they are gone..All i see is 1 free attempt ..that\'s not fair ..please fix that ( check my character to make sure ) Date is 6/10/2015. ( that\'s the ticket i sent to game support) but....
They want the screenshot..how can i get the screenshot of toys capsule with 23 free attempt..i didn\'t screenshot it at this moment ..i didn\'t think about it lol.
what can i do?

gemo energy carries over. you just dont get the free dailies.
but yeah, capsule resets at reset whether you use or not. sucks
