        So after 2 days of contact with support you\'d think I\'d be able to recharge by now , but no , still can\'t recharge or get an answer that makes any sense from support. I asked in my first msg to them for contact details for the relevant person at worldpay so I could get this sorted as I have tried using PayPal and my Mastercard and end up at the order submitted page but nothing goes through. I have checked with my bank and PayPal and there are no blocks or issues on their end.
        So after all this backward and forward with support , they come back to me with , and I quote , Hello,dear player.Since the payment system is not at our end,we can\'t nearly do anything to this kind of issue,what we suggest you to do is just to contact the payment platform.Thanks for your understanding.;
        This is exactly what I asked them for in the first place !!!!!!;
        They still haven\'t given me the requested information.;
        Payment wall sends me to a Vietnamese website ( I am living in Cambodia) and I don\'t read or speak Viet, My computer location is set for Australia so don\'t know why I end up there , when I told support this they;recommended;I install a language pack so i could read it, WTF.
        ;I\'m thoroughly fed up with the so called support service and tired of this happening during comps as it has happened before but usually only for a couple of hrs.

        So to add to this saga.
        I found the WorldPay website and tried to find somewhere to get help , not easy. This is their statement on the page.
                                WorldPay only provides our customers with the ability to process online payments. We do not own or hold information about the goods/services you have ordered or their delivery status, and cannot provide refunds or cancel your order for you.                                If you have a query regarding your order, please;Contact the Store;remembering to include your transaction confirmation email with your query. You should find the store contact details on the store\'s website, the store purchase receipt, and on the transaction confirmation email.                               
        It doesn\'t really help much and still no reply from support giving me any information.

        I CAN\'T BELIEVE MOD LET THIS PROBLEM UNRESOLVED FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS NOW!;

        TIME IS MONEY! PLAYER CAN\'T RECHARGE MEANS OUR LOST! DAMMIT! GTA stockholder...

        i will post those details directly after this but it seems you didn\'t read the posts , I was talking about the lack of help I was getting from your support crew using the ticket system at gtarcade.
        What I wrote was a statement of facts about how hopeless it has been trying to get this problem fixed but looking at other posts that seems to be par for the course.
        Lets see if you can do any better

        paypal first , then mastercard the worldpay transaction id is on each of them

        Please be sure to let me know if you need any more info and I await your reply. Lets see if this can be sorted before the comps and bonus offers are over.

        Ticket is not recommended by me.
        as for this, i will ask if the transaction were successful

        but you still didn\'t provide the requirements for me to check, so please read my link above
