A:This is because you created your account through Facebook, which is why you can only get to your character through Facebook, and you are not able to enter the character through GTArcade.;

- The problem is i wan to sync my facebook account to Gtarcade account for redeem gift.

- If i can\'t. Please help me backup data and transfer to Gtarcade.;
